The paving moulds are made from Virgin Polypropylene and will last for years if properly cared for, they are engineered to be strong and sturdy.
Reusable, recyclable and comes in various sizes and shapes. Black in colour.
Simple design and easy to use.
- Prepare and clean the ground.
- Place the mould on the ground.
- Premix the concrete/cement and fill the mould.
- Smooth the concrete/cement in the mould.
- After about 5 minutes, carefully remove mould
General Instructions for the DIY Paving Mould Belgium:
Mix the Concrete by hand or with a Concrete Mixer. Alternatively purchase bags of pre-mix and simply add water!
Release Agent
No release agent is required.
Cement Oxide
Cement oxide can be used to colour the cement in various colours as required and can be purchased from your local hardware. The coloring of your products will take a bit of experimenting to get your personal preference right. Use between 3-10% of oxide to the cement volume in your mix.
Care Instructions after every use:
Clean the mould with water.
Wipe down the mould.
Store in a safe place.
Cement
Recommended Medium-strength concrete 25 MPa
Suitable for reinforced foundations and slabs, light-duty house floors, paths, patios, steps, driveways and garage floors. 1 part AfriSam All Purpose Cement + 21/2 parts coarse sand + 21/2 parts stone. To make a mix for 1 cubic metre of medium-strength concrete you will need: 7,7 bags AfriSam All Purpose Cement + 0,63 cubic metres of coarse sand + 0,63 cubic metres stone. Allow an additional 10% of required quantities for wastage.
