Each Shop has it’s own shipping Terms and Conditions and pricing and ships separately.
Any questions or queries will be dealt with by each individual shop owner. An email can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org who will inturn send the email to the shop owner.
Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Only once the payment has cleared will your order will be posted. Should the item be unavailable you will be advised via e-mail and either an alternative same priced item can purchased or you will be refunded. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 2 – 5 business days) and payment has been cleared we will process the order immediately.
If your order is in stock and the payment has cleared in the bank, it will be ship within two – five business days from the date of your order. A tracking/waybill will be sent within 24 hours of your order leaving the shop to the e-mail address you provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within five business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com.
The shops courier through out South Africa and this is added automatically at the end of your transaction.
International sales (Namibia, Zimbabwe, Mozambique and Botswana). Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a quotation from the specific shop owner. Please note that any purchases from outside of South Africa will incur your Countries Customs tariffs.
Door to Door Courier
Currently estimated at + R150.00 to all major centers nationwide in South Africa only for all orders under 9kg volumetric weight. Normal price for packages larger than 9kg is estimated at R185.00 between 9kg – 17kg with an additional R30.00 per kg thereafter. Insurance must be requested if required.
For any large orders, please request a proforma from email@example.com to calculate courier costs.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged please send detailed photos to firstname.lastname@example.org if you have insured your package.
Should the item you purchased be defective, please return the item unused in the original packaging. After inspection once received the buyer will be advised on the refund option.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a R100 administration fee whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.
Refunds will only be made on defective items returned in the same packaging as received and if it has been inspected and deemed defective.
